Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the wool items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Securely
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
