Do you offer a sleep trial on your mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on our mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality, you can return or exchange it within this period.
Is your wool ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All our wool is sourced through the Wool ID program, ensuring 100% traceability back to the farm and guaranteeing the highest standards of animal welfare.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for in-stock items. Custom-made mattresses or headboards may take between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
What is your return policy for bedding?
For hygiene reasons, duvets, pillows, and protectors can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. We offer a 30-day return window for these items.
